Multiple versions pictured, V1 records raw audio, “found sounds” to use for auditory experiences and sampling. V2 maps the position of the needle to a pentatonic scale. Tone based melodies can be constructed from various texures and played at will. The “Sound Play Book” can guide texture sound exploration within education. The “Sound Play Grid” consists of blocks with various textures that can be repositioned like a tile puzzle to construct different melodies.
